Job Summary

Provide technical leadership to evolve the mobile platform for a white-labeled, multi-brand application. Shape the brownfield-to-greenfield React Native migration, scale a React Native monorepo for 50+ engineers, and future-proof shared code via shared npm packages. Own CI/CD improvements and the roadmap to Expo, enhance observability and end-to-end testing (Honeycomb, Maestro), and guide architecture decisions across squads through RFCs/ADRs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for the evolution of the mobile platform, shaping core architecture, tooling, and developer experience.
•Drive architectural direction and execution of the React Native brownfield-to-greenfield migration within a white-labeled, multi-brand ecosystem.
•Design and evolve long-term scalability and developer experience of the React Native monorepo to support concurrent development across multiple squads.
•Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Bitrise and help shape the migration roadmap to Expo.
•Build observability tooling and dashboards in Honeycomb and establish scalable end-to-end testing frameworks using Maestro; improve application health, reliability, and operational guardrails.

Key Requirements

•Deep, production-tested expertise in React Native, with strong knowledge of both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
•Hands-on experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in production or near-production work, including context engineering and guardrails.
•Proven track record optimizing workflows such as linting, caching, and build times for large engineering organizations (50+ developers).
•Experience managing complex build configurations, monorepo architectures, and white-label scaling.
•Comfort operating with high autonomy—making sound technical decisions in ambiguity and supporting teams during complex production incidents.
