You’ll also check IDs for guests who appear under 30, safeguard against theft/property damage, and communicate clearly with radios, hand signals, and flashlights.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure guest safety by proactively removing hazards in your area of responsibility.
•Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
•Lead or assist guests and employees during emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistance.
•Inspect guests and enforce venue entry policies using metal detectors or pat-down searches, including ID checks for guests appearing under 30.
•Communicate clearly during the shift using radios, hand signals, and flashlights; set up the area and keep the venue interior/exterior clear and safe.

•3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
•Read, write and speak English fluently.
•Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
