Key Responsibilities

•Manage all engineering aspects of the Project and provide leadership to the Engineering Department and FEED Engineering Contractor
•Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, HSE guidelines and best practices; perform technical reviews of deliverables
•Coordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations, and contractors/consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure quality execution
•Oversee design optimization and validation; sponsor layout, 3D Model, HAZID, and PHA reviews/workshops
•Mentor ADNOC engineering staff and develop junior engineers; oversee recruitment and development of technical staff

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent
•Master’s degree in management or equivalent
•20+ years’ experience in oil & gas, with broad experience across engineering, procurement and construction of major capital projects; minimum 10 years as Engineering Manager
•Strong brownfield, instrumentation/automation, pipeline integrity, and safety upgrades experience
•Experience recruiting and developing technical staff
