•Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring high equipment availability and minimizing unplanned downtime.
•Oversee lifecycle management of plant equipment and facilities; drive reliability improvement initiatives such as RCA and MTBF optimization.
•Manage the annual maintenance budget and control maintenance expenditures, including spare parts and contractor costs.
•Lead and develop the maintenance team, establishing roles, KPIs, and performance management processes; promote safety and continuous improvement.
•Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards, including audits/inspections and enforcing permit-to-work (PTW) and safe work procedures.
