Key Responsibilities

  • •Own budget vs. actuals reporting and partner with department leads to explain spend variances.
  • •Manage the full operating expense cycle, including vendor bill payments, the corporate card program, and employee T&E reimbursements.
  • •Prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations for opex accounts during month-end close under GAAP.
  • •Assist with federal and state reporting requirements and tax filings, including corporate tax returns, sales tax, and 1099s.
  • •Drive automation and process improvements across AP, T&E, and close, and support ad hoc accounting and systems requests.
