Job Summary

Build and support systems and software across the product development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture and design, integration and test, and verification. Work with an interdisciplinary engineering team to develop testable requirements, system-level models, and MBSE artifacts. Use DOORS for requirements management and participate in configuration control boards. Develop automated test execution, data analysis, and resolve interface issues to support program milestones.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support requirements and algorithm development, system-level designs, and system-level models using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
•Author testable requirements and associated verification approaches aligned to appropriate verification methods.
•Perform integration and test activities in-house or at site locations.
•Utilize DOORS to manage the complete life cycle of requirements, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Change Notices (CNs).
•Collaborate with program and customer leadership and support automated test execution and data analysis using scripting tools, Python, Matlab, and COTS products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM major obtained by the start date.
•Experience with one or more of: Python and C++, Linux, test automation, data analysis, MATLAB, scripting, embedded systems, signal processing, systems integration.
•Experience with agile development and system engineering practices, including understanding of Agile roles.
•Experience developing, designing, and architecting complex military systems and planning/leading systems and software requirements work.
•Experience with requirements management databases such as DOORS for requirements management and linking requirements to test procedures.
