Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product and Engineering leaders across multiple teams to align roadmaps, delivery timelines, resource planning, and execution priorities.
  • •Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
  • •Define end-to-end program structures, identify participating teams, and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • •Own integrated program plans and delivery milestones, maintaining visibility into schedules, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  • •Drive launch readiness and operational readiness, establish program governance/KPIs, communicate status to stakeholders, and improve program management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading complex, cross-functional, global programs in SaaS-based products.
  • •Experience as a system-level or cross-pillar Technical Program Manager owning integrated schedules and managing dependencies across multiple engineering teams and product areas.
  • •Experience with complex system architectures, data flows, and technical trade-offs, partnering with engineers without being hands-on.
  • •Experience using Atlassian Toolset (Jira, Confluence, Portfolio/Advanced Reporting).
  • •B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
