Key Responsibilities

  • •Walk the shopfloor to monitor performance, identify issues and establish a cadence for standups.
  • •Split time between desk work (time studies, routing updates, ERP automation) and cross-functional sessions with Production, Quality and Automation.
  • •Lead kaizen walks and update work instructions; collaborate with supervisors to solve problems and implement improvements.
  • •Close the day by feeding data back into the system to close the loop on continuous improvement.
  • •Balance 50% hands-on floor work with 50% structured engineering tasks, focusing on Continuous Improvement & Shopfloor Performance, Production Line Design & Internal Flow, Process Knowledge & Documentation, and Automation Roadmap Contribution.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering; strong profile from a different engineering discipline with shopfloor experience is valued
