You’ll design and implement lean, standardised processes; own time studies, routing updates and ERP automation; lead kaizen and work instruction updates; spend ~50% on floor activities and ~50% on structured engineering tasks to drive continuous improvement and internal flow.

•Walk the shopfloor to monitor performance, identify issues and establish a cadence for standups.
•Split time between desk work (time studies, routing updates, ERP automation) and cross-functional sessions with Production, Quality and Automation.
•Lead kaizen walks and update work instructions; collaborate with supervisors to solve problems and implement improvements.
•Close the day by feeding data back into the system to close the loop on continuous improvement.
•Balance 50% hands-on floor work with 50% structured engineering tasks, focusing on Continuous Improvement & Shopfloor Performance, Production Line Design & Internal Flow, Process Knowledge & Documentation, and Automation Roadmap Contribution.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering; strong profile from a different engineering discipline with shopfloor experience is valued
