Key Responsibilities

  • •Raise purchase orders, process invoice receipts, and create timely GRNs with accurate cost categorization.
  • •Support vendor setup and onboarding in the system, coordinating with suppliers and Kerry shared services for timely, accurate completion.
  • •Handle site scrap/waste invoicing and debit notes, and manage miscellaneous invoicing needs as required.
  • •Maintain employee records and HR databases, process employee lifecycle transactions, support audits/compliance reporting, and administer HR/payroll tasks such as TMS clocking validation and absenteeism reporting.
  • •Coordinate daily site operations including visitor management (EHS/GMP), boardroom management, answering/transferring external calls, and arranging couriers.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with SAP ERP and prior use of online purchasing systems such as COUPA.
  • •Previous accounting background or basic accounting knowledge.
  • •Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and projects with initiative.
  • •Strong team player who can support multiple stakeholders.
