Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute FHS-component contract(s) as the Airbus representative and ensure oversight of delivery performance (operational, financial, technical, and quality).
  • •Plan Entry Into Service workstreams in project mode, ensure Operating Manual availability, and coordinate appropriate measures to correct or improve performance.
  • •Manage FHS-C financial program activities in coordination with FC and SC, including P&L control, invoicing support, financial compliance monitoring, and monthly variance tracking.
  • •Own customer relationship management: build a single face to the customer, manage escalation (including executive level), run contractual and periodic review meetings, and support dispute resolution.
  • •Monitor program risks and opportunities, coordinate interfaces with internal functions and subcontractors, and identify/create additional business opportunities for account retention and expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Follow Airbus processes, procedures, and the FHS manual for the allocated contracts.
  • •Manage contract performance using clear and consistent reporting of KPIs and service level agreements.
  • •Convert the business model into an industrial and financial model and control P&L for assigned contracts.
  • •Coordinate execution across Airbus and partner/supplier stakeholders, including subcontractors and on-site teams as applicable.
  • •Demonstrate an awareness of compliance risks and commit to act with integrity.
