Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate execution of accessory shops, shop windows, activity podiums, perimeter breaks, self-serve, Swedish Food Market, and Exit Café displays.
  • •Adhere to IKEA manuals to ensure integrity and consistency of the IKEA concept and brand inside the store.
  • •Collaborate with the 1st Interior Designer to create functional and inspirational display solutions aligned with current commercial activities.
  • •Work with Sales and In-Store Logistics teams to implement projects and daily sales steering activities using IKEA display solutions and methods.
  • •Support planning and implementation of the store commercial calendar, and implement cost-effective, safe, environmentally friendly display solutions compliant with local legislation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture.
  • •2-5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or interior design.
  • •Proven ability to visualize, design, and communicate home furnishing and retail solutions.
  • •Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • •Ability to deliver high-quality execution within limited time frames.
