Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
  • •Perform routine documented workstation tasks including hand soldering, standard assembly operations, equipment operation, repairs, and applying coatings/solvents/potting compounds.
  • •Complete documented testing/calibration, inspection/out of box quality (OBQ), packaging, and routine equipment setup.
  • •Verify part quality using Statistical Process Control techniques and take appropriate action on non-conforming materials.
  • •Maintain productivity, stay up to date on procedures/trainings, recommend improvements to manufacturing procedures, and perform daily organization/cleanup while following Lean Principles.
