Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate projects and improvements across the extended value streams by providing technical manufacturing support to a program from the early development phases through transition to production.
  • •Establish and execute the manufacturing plan and influence technical program decisions to support the overall program value stream.
  • •Participate in manufacturing and test requirements development and design for manufacturing activities.
  • •Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool and fixture designs.
  • •Provide technical input and peer review to engineering designs and design changes; deliver technical guidance and problem solving to factory engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience working in manufacturing production.
  • •Experience with manufacturing process development or improvement.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) clearance.
  • •Ability to obtain interim Secret U.S government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
