Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate projects and improvements across the extended value streams by providing technical manufacturing support to a program from the early development phases through transition to production.
•Establish and execute the manufacturing plan and influence technical program decisions to support the overall program value stream.
•Participate in manufacturing and test requirements development and design for manufacturing activities.
•Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool and fixture designs.
•Provide technical input and peer review to engineering designs and design changes; deliver technical guidance and problem solving to factory engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
•Experience working in manufacturing production.
•Experience with manufacturing process development or improvement.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) clearance.
•Ability to obtain interim Secret U.S government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
