Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs, resolve client needs quickly, and contribute to operational directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Management team

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
  • •Ability to work constant movement in and around the store areas
