Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and scale backend services in Golang for onboarding and KYC workflows across multiple products and geographies.
  • •Build scalable, service-oriented systems using modern cloud infrastructure and best practices.
  • •Identify bottlenecks and improve onboarding and MTU conversion funnels with data-informed solutions.
  • •Partner with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior leadership to convert product and technical vision into quarterly execution roadmaps.
  • •Lead cross-cutting design reviews to ensure security, operational integrity, and architectural clarity across shipped features.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, scaling, and maintaining production backend services in a service-oriented architecture.
  • •Proven experience designing distributed systems that operate reliably at scale, including cloud-native tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
  • •Proficiency in Golang (or a similar statically-typed language) and the ability to write well-tested, production-grade code.
  • •Experience owning end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • •Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
