•Be part of the SONiC R&D team and contribute code to the SONiC worldwide community
•Lead a team of SONiC Ethernet switch NOS engineers and mentor team members
•Design and implement SONiC features under Linux and upstream to the SONiC open source project
•Promote a culture of innovation, quality, and accountability and bring SONiC NOS to customers’ view
•Lead Scrum and project delivery, taking ownership of feature development and delivery

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field
•3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing or software development teams
•8+ overall years of experience in software development
•Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading scrums and projects
•Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
