Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Define story content, acceptance criteria, and end story sign-off across team backlogs, ensuring timely PI readiness, refinement, and prioritization.
  • •Capture and prioritize technical debt and non-functional requirements across sprints.
  • •Incorporate BAU, ceremony, and spike activities into team backlogs within available capacity.
  • •Prepare contributions to PI demos with other Product Owners and attend key Product Management meetings (especially PI Planning).
  • •Maintain feature quality within technical/team boundaries by identifying and contributing risks and dependencies to the Product Portfolio backlog and defining success/performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • •2+ years working as a Product Owner/Manager in a team-facing capacity, driving delivery at pace.
  • •Some experience working within a Scaled Agile framework across multiple initiatives (50+ teams) (not essential).
  • •Well-versed in product management tools for software delivery and strong communication across peer, line, and stakeholder levels.
