Logistics Manager

Oversee day-to-day transportation and route operations at a logistics field operation site, aligning goals and execution across teams. Review and improve daily route schedules in partnership with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling, and coordinate inventory movement through warehouse workflows. Lead, mentor, and hold direct reports accountable, supporting succession planning and performance management while ensuring safety standards and clear communication across internal teams.
