Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a similar role, with tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology or Marketing.
  • •Proven success working in large, cross-functional teams.
  • •Deep understanding of modern frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, HCD, multivariate testing, and continuous improvement.
  • •Solid experience creating and executing reports in a digital analytics/BI tool, preferably Adobe Analytics, and comparing datasets to deduce insights.
  • •Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for developers, testers, and stakeholders.
