Prepare legal documents and update loan parameters in system(s), perform quality control for offshore staff, monitor regulatory changes affecting loan servicing, and support investor- and policy-driven processing requirements while delivering quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate and resolve exceptions and inquiries related to ARM loans, balloon loans, modifications, fee waivers, fraud, buy-downs, and related topics.
•Prepare legal documents for loan modifications and updates, and perform monetary transactions to update loan parameters in the system.
•Update default and current ARM/principal reduction modifications in accordance with guidelines and investor requirements.
•Prepare outgoing disputes to other financial institutions and compile/balance data for reports, general ledger accounts, and entries.
•Perform quality control assessments for offshore staff and monitor regulatory changes affecting loan servicing.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of advanced mortgage banking experience in servicing or operations.
•Associate's degree (or equivalent work experience).
•Knowledge of mortgage, consumer, auto, and lease concepts and loan servicing fundamentals.
•Knowledge of bank, investor, government, and underwriting program requirements, including FHA, VA, and conventional loan documents.
•Computer proficiency with intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (or equivalent database reporting tools).
