Sales Associate (Gold Coast, QLD, AU, VIC 3004)

Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Sales Associate, using the C.H.A.R.M. service model and following Asset Protection policies. Support store operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, and loyalty promotions while maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards. Lead by example, collaborate with store management to improve key performance indicators, and learn across store departments such as consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
