Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and own reliability-focused improvement projects to meet supply chain reliability goals.
  • •Identify and analyze trends in supply chain reliability data and drive supplier performance improvements and reductions in non-conformances.
  • •Interface with Supply Chain, Production operations, Inspection, Shipping/Receiving, and Engineering to develop quality signals and processes aligned to program reliability goals.
  • •Maintain quality processes and procedures to identify, segregate, control, and disposition nonconforming materials and parts across business and supplier levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
  • •3+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance/control, and/or manufacturing/production.
  • •Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9000 and/or Nadcap AC7004.
  • •Experience with high volume manufacturing such as machined components, hardware, COTS, fittings.
  • •Knowledge of supplier quality processes including production part approval, advanced product quality planning, and first article inspection reports.
