Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain document and knowledge management, including Teams channels and SharePoint structure, version control, access, and a single source of truth for business-case versions, risk register, and trackers.
  • •Support meeting logistics by scheduling, capturing minutes, tracking actions, and following up to closure.
  • •Manage the project calendar, including milestones, go/no-go gates, training deadlines, and scaling checkpoints.
  • •Coordinate across workstreams by consolidating weekly status updates covering training, subrogation, risk assessment, and funding topics.
  • •Contribute to onboarding and handover materials as the team scales and support documentation/reporting using GenAI tools; provide ad hoc translation, research, and data pulls.

Key Requirements

  • •Available for approximately 12 months with flexibility for full-time hours during peak periods (e.g., semester/gap year breaks).
  • •Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to use AI tools in everyday tasks, with interest in adopting AI for business transformation.
  • •Strong command of MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • •Deep interest in GenAI, automation, and RPA tools (a plus).
  • •Strong command of English; German, Spanish, and/or Portuguese are a strong plus, plus valid visa and residence permit for the internship duration.
