Lead the Holland Manufacturing Plant’s finance and accounting activities, including budgeting, financial analysis, and driving month-end close and financial reporting. Own balance sheet reconciliations, cost forecasting, and productivity insights focused on cost reduction and operating efficiency. Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley, manage internal/external audits, and build financial standards while managing and developing direct reports.
