Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer, deploy, and configure AI-driven agents, assistants, and automation workflows that integrate with ITSM, monitoring, collaboration, and operational systems.
  • •Implement agentic AI solutions to automate service workflows, incident triage, diagnostics, remediation, and workplace technology management.
  • •Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, connectors, and automation platforms to enable seamless AI operations.
