Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as point of contact for the Quality workstream and work with business stakeholders to deliver value.
  • •Implement short- and long-term projects aligned to product strategy and roadmap.
  • •Contribute to design workshops, solution assessments, and recommendations.
  • •Document functional project deliverables such as High-Level Requirements, Functional Specifications, and End-User Testing.
  • •Provide SME support for BAU and govern/enforce standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years of SAP experience with strong functional depth in Quality Management, including implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects.
  • •Minimum two full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • •End-to-end Quality Management process knowledge and integration with SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM, and WM.
  • •Hands-on SAP configuration skills to understand workflow requirements and develop detailed functional specifications, including ALE and IDocs.
  • •Experience with third-party integration systems (e.g., MES, Connected Labs) and strong knowledge of Quality KPIs and compliance processes.
