Job Summary

Own NVIDIA’s Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) growth in India by driving strategy and rollout, forecasting, and sales account management. Build and enable an ecosystem across cloud providers, OEMs, ISVs, GSIs, and consulting partners. Identify high-value AI workloads (GenAI, agentic AI, fraud detection, risk modeling) and translate them into commercial opportunities through tailored go-to-market execution with product and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow NVIDIA’s BFSI business in India across banking, insurance, NBFC, and capital markets.
•Partner with cloud providers, OEMs, ISVs, GSIs, and consulting partners to build comprehensive BFSI solutions.
•Collaborate with global and India-based product, solutions architecture, and marketing teams to tailor go-to-market strategy for Indian BFSI.
•Identify and develop high-value AI workloads (GenAI, agentic AI, fraud detection, risk modeling, customer intelligence, underwriting) and convert them into commercial opportunities.
•Track and report pipeline, revenue, and account health, and provide accurate forecasting to regional and global leadership.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of enterprise technology sales, business development, or consulting experience with strong BFSI focus in India.
•Proven exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, cloud, or advanced analytics, including familiarity with how financial institutions adopt these technologies.
•Experience building complex enterprise deals through partner ecosystems (cloud players, OEMs, SI partners, ISVs).
•Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and collaborator leadership skills across strategic and operational levels.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
