Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for a VIP client portfolio with AUM or trading volume above defined thresholds
•Build and maintain trust-based relationships with HNWIs, family offices, crypto funds, and institutional traders
•Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
•Act as internal advocate for VIP clients, coordinating with product, compliance, and operations to resolve issues promptly
•Drive trading volume growth and product cross-sell across exchange ecosystem (spot, derivatives, earn, OTC, Web3)

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relationship management, private banking, institutional sales, or brokerage, preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services
•proven track record managing high-value client portfolios with measurable revenue impact
•experience working with crypto exchanges, trading firms, or Web3 companies is highly beneficial
•ability to onboard, retain, and upsell VIP clients across diverse regulatory environments and cultures
•strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across cultures
