Job Summary

Lead and implement offshore Operations initiatives, solving complex problems with deep domain expertise in fabrication and offshore project execution. Supervises field engineers and coordinates multi-discipline teams to ensure safe, efficient offshore installation, fabrication, and loadout, delivering projects on time and in line with standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and approve installation procedures and engineering to ensure they meet the project and McDermott minimum requirements and follow good engineering practices and enable work to be performed safely
•Supervise the Field Engineers in their planning and execution of the offshore project
•Supervise the Field Engineers during the preparation of material lists for construction materials and liaise with the Project Coordinator for procurement of requirements in a timely manner
•Resolve any technical problems that arise during offshore installation and assist in any corrective action that is required
•Ensure there is coordination with the Fabrication/Loadout Contractor affecting operations under supervision

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any relevant Engineering Discipline
•5 to 7 years of experience in the Offshore Industry
•At least 2 years of supervisory experience
•Working knowledge of design and offshore project execution
