Key Responsibilities

•AI-Accelerated Development: Utilize AI coding assistants to design, develop, and test macOS applications and supporting backend services with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
•End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of features, from AI-assisted prototyping and implementation through to validation and high-velocity release.
•Strategic Collaboration: Partner with architects and developers to define technical requirements and quality gates, utilizing AI to explore multiple implementation paths and architectural trade-offs.
•Clean & Testable Code: Produce clean, maintainable code in C++ or Python, leveraging AI to improve test coverage, testability, and automation effectiveness.
•Automated Quality Engineering: Create and maintain comprehensive automated tests (unit, integration, system) using AI to identify edge cases and security vulnerabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 105,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to leverage AI-driven or AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate the SDLC while maintaining high standards of engineering excellence.
•Deep experience in automated testing frameworks, test design, and defect analysis.
