Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply and track new loan performance to monitor integrity of funded loans and communicate findings to appropriate staff and management.
  • •Analyze loan application trends to identify needs for underwriting changes or clarification.
  • •Analyze applications for potential fraud and monitor account and loan pipeline compliance.
  • •Monitor exception reports to ensure data integrity throughout the life of the loan and reconcile loan and title suspense general ledger accounts.
