Analyze account performance to uncover growth, optimization, and platform-improvement opportunities, while forecasting key metrics and spend trends. Lead technical issue investigations and coordinate escalations, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales across APAC, the US, and Tel Aviv.
