Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline and 7+ years of engineering or relevant work experience in wireless communications and/or land mobile radio engineering.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
  • •Must be able to obtain background clearance and CIJS certification as required by government customers.
  • •Mentoring/coaching experience with direct reports and ability to guide team members.
  • •Subject matter expertise in one or more technical or operational areas relevant to land mobile radio system deployments.
