Job Summary

Own the monthly supply planning cycle for a DC/network to deliver finished-goods plans that maximize customer satisfaction and keep working capital within business goals. Deploy Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and RapidResponse planning tools, supporting product lifecycle transitions and attending monthly SIOP meetings. Partner with SBG and CORP COE teams, manage supply/demand imbalances, and use Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement and KPI performance in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the monthly supply planning process cycle for a DC/network of sites and create monthly supply/inventory plans.
•Ensure the finished goods plan meets customer satisfaction goals and supports working capital targets.
•Deploy Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and adopt RapidResponse planning tools for the site/network.
•Manage supply and demand imbalances and communicate/escalate as needed with suppliers and regional distribution/ planning teams.
•Participate in SIOP meetings, including SIOP supply review and related reconciliations, and support product lifecycle events and transitions.

Key Requirements

•Min 5 years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related areas.

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in operations management or supply chain management (or equivalent) is desirable.
