Key Responsibilities

•Teach core retail and merchandising skills including retail strategy, merchandising strategy, product assortment planning, visual merchandising, and pricing strategy.
•Support operational training in inventory management, sales forecasting, supply chain management, and store operations.
•Guide learners in applying retail analytics, retail marketing, customer experience optimization, e-commerce integration, and AI fundamentals/automation to modern retail work.
•Assist with career readiness including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview preparation, and salary negotiation.
•Provide coaching on networking strategy and freelancing; host sessions virtually and partner with the team to deliver a supportive experience.

Key Requirements

•Professional experience in retail or merchandising.
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
•A clear, structured approach to breaking down strategic and operational retail concepts.
•Ability to teach and explain retail strategy, merchandising strategy, and product assortment planning.
•Comfort teaching retail analytics, retail marketing, customer experience optimization, and e-commerce integration.
