Key Responsibilities

  • •Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, discounts, and renewal issues they may not ask about.
  • •Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto/home/motorcycle and from policyholders needing changes.
  • •Use product and insurance-partner knowledge to recommend the right coverage for each customer.
  • •Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
  • •Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
