Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting.
  • •Implement FBT, CBT-E, cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments for patients and their loved ones.
  • •Maintain a caseload of 30–40, with 20–26 hours focused on direct patient care and remaining time for administrative tasks.
  • •Assess and diagnose mental health conditions, and support patients via between-session messaging in accordance with Equip policies and procedures.
  • •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team through Treatment Team meetings and supervision, and maintain licensure in home state and other states as requested.
