Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop bespoke BIM strategies and workflows by capturing client requirements and aligning documentation with contracts and appointments.
  • •Lead BIM methodology rollout across programs and projects, ensuring adoption by clients, design teams, and contractors.
  • •Perform technical assurance through structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risk and meet project requirements.
  • •Manage stakeholder engagement by facilitating workshops, coordinating project interfaces, and acting as a digital services ambassador.
  • •Support commercial delivery by creating bid proposals, writing detailed reports, contributing to internal documentation and quality processes, and supervising teams through peer review.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role, preferably with experience in consultancy environments and project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and information management standards, including the IMI Framework (UK BIM Framework).
  • •Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
  • •Expertise with clash detection and model checking tools such as Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong Common Data Environment (CDE) experience using platforms such as ACC, Asite, and Veiwpoint.
