Key Responsibilities

  • •Définir et maintenir le cadre d'architecture IAM (IGA, Authentification, Autorisation, PAM, politiques de sécurité).
  • •Garantir la cohérence et la conformité des solutions IAM déployées à travers les entités et les métiers.
  • •Piloter la Design Authority IAM et accompagner les équipes produits et métiers dans l’intégration des standards IAM.
  • •Élaborer les axes d’accompagnement et de gouvernance IAM et assurer la cohérence des solutions déployées.
  • •Accompagner les projets métiers dans leurs besoins IAM et assurer le pilotage des stratégies d’authentification et d’accès.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT Operations.
  • •Excellent communication skills (both technical and non-technical) to partner with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Professional English; ability to work across international teams.
  • •Proven experience in designing and governing IAM architectures (IGA, Authentication, Authorization, PAM) across hybrid environments.
  • •Strong leadership with the ability to drive architectural decisions and align with security policies.
