Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the NDE team of supervisors, specialists, and inspectors across multiple NDE resource centers on production teams.
  • •Provide daily support for NDE inspections and ensure inspectors are available when needed.
  • •Identify process improvements to make operations lean, efficient, and effective; develop metrics and goals per resource center.
  • •Assess employee performance, provide feedback, and ensure training plans to enable career growth and meet business needs.
  • •Manage capital and operational expenditures and maintain a positive, safe, healthy work environment while supporting cross-functional partners to achieve company goals.

  • •5+ years of professional experience in an NDE or quality-focused organization.
  • •3+ years leading inspectors in an operations/manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience conducting or leading inspections in production for flight and development hardware.
  • •Nondestructive Evaluation Level II certification aligned with ASNT TC-1A, NAS-410, or DOD guidance (e.g., ET, RT, DR, PT, VT, CR, PAUT, UT, UTSW, or MT).
