Develop, review, and report accurate project schedules and plans to support robust project control across the lifecycle. Build baseline schedules using scheduling software, maintain WBS-aligned planning control structures, and issue updates on plans, progress, milestones, and manpower requirements. Partner with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to track schedule impact of changes, support schedule risk analysis, and deliver planning documentation and compliance reviews for energy-sector Asset Solutions projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain planning control structures aligned with the approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
•Develop and maintain baseline project plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling software.
•Monitor and control planning activities throughout the project lifecycle and keep schedules logic linked (including critical path and total float).
•Liaise with engineering, procurement and construction (and third parties) to understand project activities, status, and schedule/manpower impacts.
•Prepare and provide project schedules, plans, progress/performance status reports, and assess schedule impacts of change notifications; support schedule risk analysis and compliance reviews.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires an ISCED level 6 (Bachelors) degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (or equivalent via vocational training/industry experience).
•Relevant scheduling/planning experience, preferably in an offshore environment.
•Proficient knowledge of Primavera and scheduling techniques including Logic and CPM analysis, cost & resource loading and levelling.
•Proficient understanding of WBS & CBS structures and project reporting capabilities, including earned value and variance/trending analyses.
•Proficient understanding of NEC and Lump Sum Contract mechanisms to support successful project delivery.
