Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain planning control structures aligned with the approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • •Develop and maintain baseline project plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling software.
  • •Monitor and control planning activities throughout the project lifecycle and keep schedules logic linked (including critical path and total float).
  • •Liaise with engineering, procurement and construction (and third parties) to understand project activities, status, and schedule/manpower impacts.
  • •Prepare and provide project schedules, plans, progress/performance status reports, and assess schedule impacts of change notifications; support schedule risk analysis and compliance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an ISCED level 6 (Bachelors) degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (or equivalent via vocational training/industry experience).
  • •Relevant scheduling/planning experience, preferably in an offshore environment.
  • •Proficient knowledge of Primavera and scheduling techniques including Logic and CPM analysis, cost & resource loading and levelling.
  • •Proficient understanding of WBS & CBS structures and project reporting capabilities, including earned value and variance/trending analyses.
  • •Proficient understanding of NEC and Lump Sum Contract mechanisms to support successful project delivery.
