Develop and configure Appian solutions by mapping requirements and rulesets to Appian objects and process flows. Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs, and lead design review, performance testing, and scaling. Build rulesets, workflows, and documentation (including architecture and interface diagrams) while applying best practices across the full software development life cycle. Provide guidance on Appian product configuration and support development and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide guidance on Appian product configuration and map requirements/rulesets to Appian objects and process flows.
•Liaise with customers to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical design and implementation.
•Produce rulesets, configurations, and technical solutions; support requirement gathering sessions.
•Conduct design review, performance testing, scaling, and implement best practices across the software development life cycle.
•Create and maintain business process and technical documentation, including workflows and architecture/interface diagrams, and participate in project meetings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 5 years (or commensurate experience), including 2-5 years of relevant Appian experience.
•3+ years defining and documenting architecture using different architectural views.
•3+ years of enterprise application integration (SOA, ESB) and familiarity with n-tier client-server architectures.
•3+ years of hands-on Appian development, including Appian Plugin development, and configuring/debugging forms, reports, and underlying logic.
•3+ years delivering large-scale applications using Agile methodologies, plus business architecture and business process modeling/optimization experience.
