Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client engagements in digital strategy and insights, technology advisory, transformation management, and enterprise architecture.
  • •Define and implement digital roadmaps aligned with client objectives and ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Drive lead generation and identify new opportunities within target sectors; manage bid writing/management and proposal development for client presentations.
  • •Manage and develop a team of consultants, providing coaching, mentorship, and training while supporting resource planning and operational efficiency.
  • •Contribute to digital strategy productization, playbook development, and the maintenance/enhancement of insights and benchmarking databases to support engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide digital and technology strategy expertise while supporting development of the digital strategy, advisory, and transformation service offering.
  • •Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to embed in different client environments with effective stakeholder liaison.
  • •Have experience leading workshops and assessing process improvement options, including process modelling and requirements management lifecycle.
  • •Experience delivering digital strategy and transformation projects using Agile and/or Waterfall development teams.
  • •A strong understanding of digital transformation and the ability to gather, review, and analyse business/industry data (KPIs, financial reports, metrics) using data analytics tools.
