Job Summary

Provide a high-touch, personalized engagement and onboarding experience for executive talent prospects and new hires. Partner with executive recruiters to coordinate search activities, build status update decks, schedule interviews and panels, and arrange candidate travel. Serve as a dedicated onboarding liaison during the first week, coordinating badges/access, IT setup, and walkthroughs of onboarding materials and programs while managing multiple priorities with urgency.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate executive search activities with Executive Recruiters, proactively engaging stakeholders with urgency.
•Schedule and participate in strategy, update, and debrief calls with executives and/or search firms.
•Create search update decks and track candidate and prospect status throughout the process.
•Schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person), coordinating with EAs and AAs across the company.
•Serve as an onboarding liaison during the first week, coordinating badges/access, phone/IT equipment, and leading onboarding guide walkthroughs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator, onboarding specialist, executive administration, project management, or related experience.

•Proven project management and systems management experience.
•Strong attention to detail for deck presentations and calendaring.
