Job Summary

Support the product development and implementation process for initiatives across distribution channels in line with the company’s product strategy. Own parts of product and project timelines, including planning and executing UAT, preparing user requirements, and coordinating test planning with system owners. Help develop product approval and training materials, conduct market and competitiveness research, liaise with reinsurers, and address customer and distribution feedback while supporting ad-hoc tasks.

•Oversee implementation of relevant sales tools aligned with new product developments.
•Conduct market research and competitive intelligence, liaise with reinsurers, prepare product approval and training materials, and address customer/distribution feedback.
