Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide analytic and execution support for merchant retention, trigger arbitration, treatment playbooks, and predictive insights.
  • •Analyze merchant performance, spend, engagement, coverage, and behavioral trends to identify early decline indicators and retention/growth opportunities.
  • •Support development and scaling of merchant trigger capabilities using deterministic and predictive approaches for timely interventions.
  • •Translate analytical pilots and proof-of-concepts into governed, production-ready capabilities via enterprise platforms such as TargetIQ.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver timely, high-quality insights and activation-ready recommendations.
