Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives critical to GenStudio and Firefly’s growth and translate market signals into clear strategic actions.
•Lead initiatives spanning Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy; define packaging strategies and go-to-market motions.
•Develop multi-year business strategies with revenue targets and growth levers; translate priorities into execution roadmaps and accountability models.
•Develop executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations; build dashboards and reporting frameworks for proactive decision making.
•Drive organizational initiatives to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, evolve operating models, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability.

Key Requirements

•MBA or equivalent master’s degree required; a technical undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
•Expertise in planning, corporate strategy, or leading consulting firms at the Senior Director level with proven success in developing and operationalizing business strategies.
•Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
•Experience influencing senior collaborators and driving alignment.
•Leading complex initiatives across diverse teams.
