Key Responsibilities

  • •Transfer materials to the Kardex system, assemble and pick items from the Bill of Materials, and label/package kits for safe handling.
  • •Run replenishment reports, process move orders, complete Oracle system transactions, and deliver materials to the assembly line on time.
  • •Maintain consumables and Kanban inventory by monitoring alerts for unissued parts and resolving discrepancies; coordinate supplier replenishment for Kanban materials.
  • •Conduct weekly cycle counts for raw materials and monthly cycle counts for press production inventory; investigate and resolve missing/excess stock discrepancies.
  • •Process scrap transactions in the system and adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies.
