Job Summary

Senior Property Risk Consultant for Allianz Risk Consulting (ARC) Milano. You will conduct surveys to support business needs, assess account operations and exposures, provide loss control expertise, and deliver technically based risk management recommendations using NFPA guidelines and local standards. You’ll collaborate with underwriters, loss control, claims, and clients to improve account risk quality and drive risk mitigation across industries.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct surveys to support business needs and provide loss control expertise to customers and partners
•Assess and summarize an account’s operations, exposures, control adequacy and indicate improvements needed
•Develop technically based risk management recommendations and provide insights to improve overall account risk quality
•Collaborate with underwriters, loss control, claims and other partners to deliver high-quality risk views and service plans
•Maintain commercial relations with clients and brokers to promote Allianz Commercial improvement solutions

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering/loss prevention surveys in industry or insurance
•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Safety, Fire Protection, Engineering or related technical discipline
•Excellent communication skills in native-level Italian (working knowledge of English)
•Willingness to travel for business
•Ability to develop technically based risk management recommendations and assess exposures, control adequacy and loss potential
