Job Summary

Lead the definition and implementation of access and authorization strategies across Sephora’s Global Enterprise Solutions. You will audit SAP authorizations, standardize best practices, and partner with internal controls to ensure secure, compliant user access across a large IT landscape. This role requires English fluency, leadership, and occasional travel, and is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine with some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, maintain & spread the best practices to build the authorizations and access management in each application.
•Be the referent & expert on SAP roles definition.
•Audit our solutions to identify abuses and lack of compliance.
•Define the strategy & tool for IT users on run & project mode.
•Conduct projects related to security & access management.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Master 2 degree in engineering, business or university school
•5-8 years of experience in a consulting company or an IT department
•At least 3 years of experience as an Access & Authorization Lead in an international company with a large IT landscape
•Fluent level of English (written, oral)
•Experiences in back-office applications environment & SAP authorization management are mandatory
